With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Robert J. Brandon, Jr. lives by these very words. He understands that a creative vision brings along the hope and chemistry that every team needs to succeed. His sense of integrity, pride and commitment to excellence. Robert brings this creative vision to every project he leads.

In 1989, soon after college, Robert founded his own architectural design firm, Brandon Design Inc (BDI) specializing in single-family homes. BDI designed over 5,000 homes in St. Lucie, Martin, Palm Beach and Broward County areas for some of America’s largest homebuilders, Including K-Hovnanian, Centex and Waterbrook communities.

Over the next ten years Robert also founded more innovative companies, including in 1997, Selections Inc. A very successful program services company to homebuilders and investment firms. Selections Inc. developed an interactive design software system that allows the homebuilder to track, coordinate and implement the entire building process and keep the homebuyer in the loop.

Recently, Robert obtained his Real Estate License and as an Associate for Coldwell Banker, specializing in the waterfront and golf course luxury market. Today he is a licensed Real Estate Broker and President of One Ocean Drive Realty, Inc. as well as a principal of Groundstone, Inc.

Robert attended Owens College studying Architecture and Business. He is married and has two daughters. Robert not only facilitates giving people their dream homes, but he is also involved in a variety of charitable organizations such as United Way, University of Florida Gator Society and the Palm Beach Habilitation Center, where he is also a board trustee.
